Business Development Manager

The Business Development team is responsible for identifying and driving business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market development. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will not only develop new strategies to accelerate our growth but will also drive execution to deliver results.


  • Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for our growth

  • Generate & maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.

  • Research on new lead generation opportunities for direct selling as well as affiliate & partnership sales

  • Building strong relationships with senior members of prospective customers to facilitate sales

  • Creating compelling and insightful communications documents to support sales and commercial activities

  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of our platform, especially based on inputs and feedback from customers


  • You have at least 4 years experience in externally-facing roles in healthcare, preferably in business development or related role at a high growth company or a top management consulting firm.

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions – preferably to healthcare organizations

  • You have exceptional written and communication skills and experience developing external relationships

  • Start-up, early-stage, high-growth healthcare IT experience strongly preferred

  • You have a nose for value - you’re able to effectively prioritize and think strategically in a challenging, rapidly changing, and time sensitive environment

  • Relevant graduate degree (e.g., MD, MBA) a plus
