Marketing Manager, London

Agamon is an Israeli, UK & US based startup, disrupting the healthcare industry with advanced software AI. We have developed unique algorithms to leverage the massive volumes of unstructured-textual-clinical data to ensure better patient care and experience, mitigate liability risk and generate growth opportunities. With this advantage, we have built a life-saving product that is transforming the future of patient care. Already, we have raised seed capital to enable growth and have won several exciting customer deals, and are now looking to rapidly scale across the US and Europe.  To help us drive this growth, we are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager. 

About the role:

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute our growth strategy to acquire customers through different channels. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for healthcare and has 2+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare IT space. 

You will work closely with our founders, product lead, designer, and development team to understand the business needs and then plan and execute our growth campaign.


You will be critical for the success and scale up of the company.


This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, and you can work remotely.

What you will do: 

  • Create & own the marketing strategies of the company and execute them across various channels including: content marketing, emails, messaging, inbound and outbound marketing.

  • Work with cross-functional groups including marketing, sales, product and strategy teams to develop tactics that drive qualified leads resulting in revenue.

  • Create content that can be used by sales teams to generate new business, educate clients on new products/features and drive engagement.

  • Develop thought leadership content to increase visibility and position Agamon as a leader in its field.

  • Use data to analyze results and make decisions based on a data-driven approach.

  • Find speaking opportunities in relevant conferences and meetups to raise the companies profile.

  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and well-qualified leads are delivered to outside sales.

Required skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing & demand generation experience in B2B enterprise.

  • Startup /entrepreneurial background is preferred with the ability to work independently. 

  • Previous experience in healthcare, health IT or health services.

  • Proven track record of building successful lead generation and funnel management; strong accountability for generating pipeline/revenue -- not just leads.

  • Strong analytical skills, incredible attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle the pace that comes with working in an always-on, start-up environment across multiple time zones and teams.
